Gas supply

Limited Liability Company “NAFTOHAZBURINNYA” drilling company founded in December 2016. The main activities of the Company are:

  • drilling of oil and gas wells;
  • major repairs and restoration of inaccessible wells in oil and gas fields;
  • supply of natural gas.

Pricing

According to part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market”, natural gas is supplied at prices that are freely established between the supplier and the consumer, except in cases stipulated by this Law.

Settlement of dispute

I. GROUNDS FOR ADAPTATION OF A CONSUMER TO A PROVIDER

The emergence of disputes between the Consumer and the Supplier regarding:
  • supply of natural gas,
  • payment for supplier services,
  • damages
  • other issues.
     They are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach agreement – in court.
     Consumers whose rights and legitimate interests are violated shall contact the Supplier with a written complaint.

II. REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPLAINTS

The complaint shall indicate:
 a) the full name, postal details, phone numbers and fax numbers of the Consumer, who are complaining;
 b) the date of presentation and the number of the complaint;
 c) the circumstances on the basis of which the complaint was filed;
 d) evidence supporting the circumstances set forth in the complaint;
 e) substantiation of the requirements of the complaint with reference to the relevant regulations;
 f) requirements of the Consumer;
 g) the amount of the complaint and its calculation if the complaint is subject to monetary valuation;
 h) a list of documents attached to the complaint, as well as other evidence.
 The documents confirming the applicant’s claims are enclosed in originals or duly certified copies.
 The complaint shall be signed by the authorized person of the Consumer with documentary confirmation of its authority, and shall be sent to the addressee by a recommended or valuable letter or presented to the receipt.

ІІІ. ORDER AND TERMS OF CONSIDERATION OF COMPLAINTS

The Complaint is reviewed by the Supplier within one month from the date of its receipt.
  If all the documents required for its consideration are not attached to the complaint, they shall be required of the applicant, indicating the term of their submission, which may not be less than five days, not including the time of postal circulation. Before eliminating the shortcomings of the complaint, the period of consideration of the complaint shall be suspended until receipt of the requested documents or the expiration of the term for filing them. If the requested documents have not been received within the prescribed time, the complaint is considered on the basis of the documents available.

VI. CUSTOMER NOTICE ON RESULTS OF CONSIDERATION OF COMPLAINTS

The results of the consideration of the complaint shall be communicated to the consumer in writing. The answer to the complaint is indicated by:
 – full name and postal details of the Consumer;
 – the date and number of the answer, the complaint to which the answer is given;
 – when the complaint is acknowledged in full or in part, – the recognized amount, name, number and date of the settlement document for the transfer of this amount or term and means of satisfaction of the complaint, if it is not subject to monetary evaluation;
 – when the complaint is rejected in full or in part – the reasons for the rejection with reference to the relevant regulations and documents justifying the rejection of the complaint;
 – a list of documents and other evidence attached to the response.
 When the complaint is rejected in whole or in part, the originals of the documents received with the complaint are returned to the Consumer.
 The response to the complaint is signed by the authorized person of the Supplier, and is sent by a recommended or valuable letter or presented to the Consumer for receipt.
 In case of non-consent of the Consumer with the results of consideration of his complaint by the Supplier, the Consumer is entitled according to Art. 58 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market” to apply to the Regulator with a complaint against the actions of the Supplier.
